Please read all the below information before contacting me regarding the ordering of a commission. By ordering a commission, you agree to the information within this Terms of Service.
Please note: I do not allow my works to be used as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) under ANY circumstances, nor do I consent for my work to be used in training any generative AI data sets. This includes allowing AI programs to ‘finish’ sketches from me.
Commission Process Information
At this time, I will draw most body types and species. Open commission sketches are for SFW (safe for work) or simple artistic nudity poses. Explicit NSFW (not safe for work) is not currently allowed, unless otherwise noted. This includes direct depictions of intercourse or extreme fetish material.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, regardless of subject matter.
Any commissions without references may be subject to additional charges, discussed at the time of invoicing, unless otherwise noted on the commission type. Additional charges may also be added, prior to invoicing, regarding subject matter or scene complexity.
Once a commission is accepted, you will be placed on my queue via Trello, and I will send an invoice via PayPal. Payment must be received within 48 hours of being requested, unless agreed upon at the time of invoicing. Payment plans for commissions over $200 may be discussed. Commissioners who habitually refuse to pay within 48 hours will be added to a personal blacklist.
Once payment is received, turnaround for commission completion will generally be within 1 month, but may exceed that during busy periods. Should a commission take more than 3 months, a refund option will be discussed if needed.
Full refunds will only be granted if the commission has not been started. If the commission has been started, the refund will be partial and calculated accordingly based on the amount of work completed.
Once I begin working on your commission, I will send WIPs (works in progress) at several stages of the process, depending on the commission type ordered. Once a stage is approved, I will move on to the next stage of the commission. If corrections are needed on a previously approved stage, additional charges may be added.
During the course of WIP approvals, if more than 3 major corrections requiring redrawing of poses or major color adjustments occur, an additional complexity charge will be discussed and agreed upon before continuing the process, or a partial refund will be offered.
If a WIP is declined for a sketch, I reserve the right to repurpose said sketch for a later commission.
The commissioner will receive the full resolution Dropbox link for their commission, along with a posting version with a watermark. I will also upload the commission to my various websites and social media accounts over the next few days or weeks.
Physical commissions will be mailed out within 7 business days of completion with tracking information, barring emergency or extreme circumstance. Should these occur, the commissioner will be immediately updated regarding the situation and a new estimated mailing date will be given.
Commissioners may receive a timelapse with their commission, but this is not a guarantee. If the commissioner receives a timelapse, they are requested to keep said timelapse private until such time I post publicly, generally 3 months after the commission is completed.
The commissioner may upload the art to personal accounts with proper credit given. The commissioner does not retain any commercial rights to my work, including selling my artwork, without purchasing licensing rights or commercial rights from me. Unless commercial rights are purchased from me, I reserve the right to sell stickers, prints, or other merchandising options with any art I have created.
